Campus Arrival Procedures

You must check in with OIPS. You can do this at the OIPS Welcome Center. Please bring the following:

• I-20 or DS-2019, I-94 card, passport
• GRA/GTA award letters (graduate students)
• Current address/telephone number

The Welcome Center has a wide variety of important information, including course catalogs, information on social events, housing, transportation, maps, community resources, on-campus jobs and immunizations. Staff members are available to answer questions.
