FOREIGN NATIONAL INFORMATION FORM (FNIF)

Any foreign nationals who is receiving any type of payment from George Mason University is required to complete the online Foreign National Information Form and meet with the Tax Coordinator for the purposes of determining U.S. tax status and appropriate taxation.

The form is made available through the Windstar Foreign National Information System located at https://fnis.windstar.cc/gmu and can be accessed with a username and password.

Foreign nationals who need to complete the form must fill the Registration Form.

After the request has been submitted, individuals will receive an automated email containing their user name, password and instructions for completion of the Online Foreign National Information Form (FNIF).
