Travel Survey Questions
What is the Fall Travel Survey?
The travel survey is a form that you should complete to answer questions about your vaccination status, and travel and housing plans.
The information that you provide on the survey will help the university to plan for your arrival, including preparation of vaccines and quarantine space. If you are an INTO Mason student, the travel information that you provide will be used by INTO Mason to help with airport pick-up and housing.
How do I access the Fall Travel Survey?
The link to the survey was included in the email to students. Go to the email and click on Fall Travel Survey. Then, log in using your George Mason NetID and password.
How do I get a Mason NetID and password?
To get a Mason NetID and password, you need to set up your Patriot Pass first. Patriot Pass allows you to access a variety of Mason online systems, including the Fall Travel Survey. Patriot Pass uses your NetID (also called your username). Your NetID is the portion of your Mason email address in front of the @ symbol. For example, the Mason NetID for email@example.com is jdoe.
To sign up for Patriot Pass, change your password, or get a new password, go to strongpassword.gmu.edu. Note that your Claim Code/PIN is your 6-digit date of birth in the format mmddyy (month month day day year year).
I have a Mason NetID and can access my Mason email, but I did not receive the email sent to students on July 14, 2021. What should I do?
The survey is mainly intended for students with a permanent address outside of the U.S. since these students might have plans to travel to the U.S. this fall. If this describes your situation but you did not receive the email, please read a copy of the email above and complete the survey here.
Should I complete the survey even if I plan to stay in my home country?
Yes. Please complete the survey to help the university prepare for enough vaccines and quarantine space.
