Important Notice: OIPS System Transition
OIPS will transition to a new system in early June. The submission links below for requests in our current system will be unavailable until June 4, 2026.
Please note that students only need to submit a request if they require an F-1 or J-1 process to be completed, such as Work Authorization, Travel Signatures, Transfer Out, or other requests.
How This Change Affects You
May 29, 2026 (3:00 P.M. EST) – June 3, 2026: New student request submissions will be unavailable through the OIPS website.
June 4, 2026: Submit new requests through the International Hub.
Students will begin receiving access to the new system starting June 4, 2026. No action is required at this time. We will continue to share updates as we approach the launch date.
Please review all communications carefully, as these changes may affect your request timeline.
